Chia Jasmine Flour has a high fiber content and omega 3, as well as being a source of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and selenium. It is an important vegetable source of polyunsaturated fatty acids and maintains all nutrients in the grain, as it is stabilized. It can be added to fruits and juices, oats or yogurt and to recipes for breads, cakes and cookies.
